Astronomy evenings are organized all year round at the Arbaz-Anzère observatory.
Its large 40 cm telescope and its various astronomical telescopes allow the discovery of objects in our solar system (moon, planets, etc.) or in the deep sky (nebulae, galaxies, etc.).
The other equipment of the observatory: two 20 cm telescopes, a high resolution CCD camera, 10 cm apochromatic binoculars and 5 stations for astrophotography constitute the basic equipment of the observatory.
The observatory belongs to the SAVAR (Société Astronomique du Valais Romand) and the team of animators of the observatory is made up of volunteers who are keen on astronomy.
These evenings are by registration only. It is therefore not possible to attend without prior reservation.
